The Point Neighborhood - Mooresville, NC

The Point is one of the newest and most upscale waterfront communities on Lake Norman. The Point is considered a prestigious address. Built around the golf course owned by Donald Trump, it also has a large number of high-end custom waterfront homes.

Point HouseWaterfront homes are priced from just over $1 million up to the several millions. Off-water homes run from the high $500's to over $1 million. Many of the off-water homes include a deeded community boat slip.  Some of those boat slips will be within walking distance while others are driving distance. There are about 800 custom homes built mostly between 1999 and 2008 with a few lots held by their owners for building later.
